This website and purchase of tickets from third party sites such as Eventbrite constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organization in every case.

Tickets

If your payment is successful, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from the third party website purchased from to the email address you specified when placing your order detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email please contact info@thesiposium.com or contact the appropriate Event Manager associated with the event.

Full payment for event ticket sales is require at point of purchase to secure all ticket bookings.

The Siposium will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party.

Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, fire, flood, droughts, storms, earthquakes, collapse of buildings, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.

If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, any entries, tickets or sponsorship bookings will be transferred to the re-scheduled event later to the new date. Should a physical event not be possible due to causes out of our control, this may be transferred to a virtual online event.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations are permitted 7 days or more in advance of any event. The Siposium LLC regrets that no cancellations are acceptable after 7 days prior to the event date, and therefore no refunds are payable after this point.

All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to info@thesiposium.com.

After the program of the event is announced, The Siposium LLC reserves the right to make changes to the program, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and once the changes have been made, we will inform all the delegates/guests.

Where circumstances force cancellation of the event in its entirety, The Siposium LLC will offer a full refund to each paying delegate/guest within 14 days of the cancellation.

Speakers

Views expressed by speakers are their own. The Siposium LLC disclaim any liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.

Filming and photography

There may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. Attendees consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience. Photographs taken at the event are the intellectual property of The Siposium LLC and its event partners, and will be used in promotion and marketing post event.

Accessibility
